Our Values
INTEGRITY – perceived consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcome. The quality of having a sense of honesty and truthfulness in regard to the motivations for one’s actions
HONOR – the evaluation of a person’s trustworthiness based on that individual’s actions. Honor is deemed exactly what determines a person’s character: whether or not the person reflects honesty, respect, integrity, or fairness.
RESPECT – to acknowledge someone with value.
LOYALTY – faithfulness or a devotion to a person or cause
COURAGE – the ability to act rightly in the face of popular opposition, shame, scandal, or discouragement. The ability to confront fear, pain, risk/danger, uncertainty, or intimidation.
COMPETENCE – the ability to perform a specific task, action or function successfully.
FAITH – the confident belief or trust in the truth or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing. As with trust, faith involves a concept of future events or outcomes, and is used conversely for a belief not resting on logical proof or material evidence.
